Nick has over a decade of experience working directly in college financial aid offices in all types of colleges from community colleges to large 4-year private and public institutions. As one of the original creators of the Ocelot chatbot, he is an expert specifically in the area of higher education AI communications. As a Sr. VP of School Partnerships at Ocelot, he has worked with hundreds of colleges to implement AI student engagement solutions and ensure colleges were maximizing the effectiveness of these AI communication tools. Nick has worked with over 90 of the California Community Colleges and has a deep understanding of their unique needs and policies.

Melody has over 15 years of experience, holding a variety of positions within the California Community College system, from admissions & records to instruction to information technology. She currently serves as a Director of Applications Services at an Aspen award-winning college, supporting all technology applications, including Banner, Starfish, and Ocelot. She also has deep experience in website creation, graphic design, video editing and online forms creation.
